We provide all the resources needed to sort, organize, display, research, price, advertise, & sell the contents of the home. Disposal service & clean outs are also available. We have a core group of individuals (knowledgeable in different areas of the antiques field) who set up, organize, & conduct the estate sale in a professional manner. There is no upfront cost to an estate sale. We work on a percentage of the total sales. The fee is deducted from the money collected at the sale. There is no advertising cost.
