Pranton Estate Sales is a local, family owned and operated company with over 20 years of combined experience hosting sales in the DFW metroplex! Our process is simple- *Our experienced crew comes into the home to stage the contents and photograph the items for online listings (Estate sales.Net & Estate sales.com, Instagram, Facebook/Marketplace/Local community garage sale pages) *We price the home (prices pulled from experience and/or online comp pricing) as well as set up necessary indoor signage for the sale. *Our friendly, sales driven staff host the sale over the course of the weekend from 9am to 4pm all 3 days to maximize profit by being available to shoppers outside of typical estate sale hours. We follow a discount schedule on Saturday and Sunday which aides in the clearing of the home. *Our accounting is finalized Monday and payouts are on Tuesday following the sale! That’s it, it’s that simple. No hidden fees, no advertising or credit card processing fees. We’re a straight 40/60 split of proceeds from the sale. Contact us today for an in home consultation!
