About this sale

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING. Thank you. This sale is in a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Most of the merchandise from upstairs, with exception of the furniture, has been brought downstairs. There is also a large tool shed out back of the home FULL OF TOOLS. HOWEVER there may be a problem getting to the tool shed in the backyard for some people. There are Magnolia Seed Pods ALL OVER the backyard. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. Imagine walking through a backyard with thousands of baseball sized seed pods EVERYWHERE. It would be very easy to break an ankle or worse if you are not careful. IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE PROBLEMS WALKING DO NOT GO OUT INTO THE BACKYARD! There are steps leading UP into the home. There are steps leading DOWN into the garage. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ. There is VERY LIMITED PARKING! There is no shoulder to the road this home is on. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE NEIGHBORS GRASS! You could get me shut down.
