EstateSaleFinder is estate sale company software that covers the whole job in one place: a client CRM for hire requests, quotes, walkthroughs and contracts; an Item Manager where Ai identifies each item, writes the description and suggests a price from real sold comps; a Label Maker that prints scannable QR price tags; a sale register for checkout; Pre-Offers so buyers can purchase before opening day; and Promotions with a prize wheel and follower rewards. Estate Pro is $99 a month, Pro+ is $149, Pro+ Business is $199, and every new estate sale company gets 60 days of Pro free.

    Take the tours

Walk through the six tools that do the heavy lifting.

Each one is a walkthrough of the actual screens. Step through them at your own pace.

    Client CRM

Every client, from first call to signed contract to sale day.

The CRM is the spine of the business. Hire requests come in pre-qualified, move through your own pipeline stages, and once the contract is signed the sale is created for you with the dates already filled in.

    Step 1 of 4

A homeowner asks to hire you

The request lands in your pipeline with the property type, timeline, item categories and photos already answered.

No intake phone call before you know whether the job is worth driving to.

    1. A homeowner asks to hire you. The request lands in your pipeline with the property type, timeline, item categories and photos already answered. No intake phone call before you know whether the job is worth driving to.
    2. Move it through your pipeline. Drag the client from New to Contacted, Walkthrough, Contract and Booked. Notes, follow-up tasks and lost reasons all live on the card, so nothing sits forgotten in an inbox. Rename, reorder or hide stages — the pipeline matches how your company actually works.
    3. Do the walkthrough on your phone. Walk the house room by room and note what's in each one. Rooms and categories save to the client card as you go.
    4. Contract signed — the sale builds itself. Upload the signed contract and the sale is created and linked to the client, with sale days, setup days and the cleanout window carried over automatically. Client documents stay private to your company — contracts, insurance, inventories, anything you upload.
    Pre-Offers

Sell the big pieces before the doors ever open.

Pre-Offers let buyers make offers on tagged items ahead of opening day. You accept, counter or decline, get paid, and hand the item over during a VIP pickup window.

    Step 1 of 3

Turn early offers on for the sale

Choose a minimum offer, when offers close, and when accepted items get picked up.

    1. Turn early offers on for the sale. Choose a minimum offer, when offers close, and when accepted items get picked up.
    2. Offers come in before opening day. Every offer shows the item, the asking price and who made it. Accept, counter, or leave it and let sale day decide.
    3. Get paid, then hand it over. Accepted offers are invoiced through Square, and the item is marked reserved so nobody sells it twice. Revenue in hand before opening, and the heavy pieces already claimed.
    Item Manager

Photograph the house once. Ai does the writing and the pricing.

Upload in bulk and Ai identifies each item, drafts the description, and suggests a price from real sold data. You review, change what you want, and publish.

    Step 1 of 3

Upload the whole house at once

Drop in photos from the sale straight off your phone or camera and let the queue run while you keep staging.

Identifying each item, drafting a description, and suggesting a price you can accept or change.

    1. Upload the whole house at once. Drop in photos from the sale straight off your phone or camera and let the queue run while you keep staging.
    2. Ai identifies, writes and prices. Maker, era and materials get identified, a description gets written in your chosen tone, and a price range comes back with it. The price is always a suggestion. You have the final say on every tag.
    3. Watch what's actually selling. The Sale Ledger tracks sold items, revenue and sell-through by room while the sale is still running, so you know where to discount.
    Label Maker & Price Tags

Price tags that a shopper can scan — and that check out at your register.

Print tags with a QR code, a barcode, or just a price. Shoppers look up prices themselves right at the sale on a page you design, discount days change the price without reprinting a thing, and your teammate scanning the same tag drops the item into the register.

    Step 1 of 5

Print the price on the tag — or a QR code

Print the price directly on the label so shoppers read it off the tag, or print a QR code instead and let them scan for the price. You can also do both, plus a barcode for your register. Print to standard Avery sheets or a thermal label roll, with prices straight from your items.

    1. Print the price on the tag — or a QR code. Print the price directly on the label so shoppers read it off the tag, or print a QR code instead and let them scan for the price. You can also do both, plus a barcode for your register. Print to standard Avery sheets or a thermal label roll, with prices straight from your items.
    2. Shoppers look up prices right at the sale. If you printed QR codes, a shopper standing in the room scans the tag with their own phone and sees the price instantly — no hunting down a staff member. This is the real tag page: your company header, the item photo and price, and a "You might also like" row of other items still available at the sale. You choose the blocks — Follow button, Ask for help that notifies your teammates, cart, custom message. Offers are Pre-Offers only, before the sale opens; nothing on an in-person tag invites haggling.
    3. Discount days change prices without reprinting. Set a discount for each sale day. The sticker stays as printed, and the day's percentage comes off automatically on the shopper's lookup page and at the register — so a tag never disagrees with what a shopper is told.
    4. Pricing analytics while the sale is running. Watch sell-through, full-price revenue and what is sitting untouched by category and room, so you can change prices on the fly instead of guessing at the end of day two.
    5. Same tag runs your checkout. At the register, scanning the tag adds the item to the cart with its current price and any markdown already applied. Cash tender, change and card fees are handled for you.
    Promotions & Prize Wheel

Give shoppers a reason to come back on day three.

Build a promotion, design how it looks on your sale page, spin up a prize wheel, and reward the shoppers who follow your company.

    Step 1 of 3

    Build the promotion

Set the headline, the discount and when it runs. It publishes to your sale page and applies at the register.

Design how it looks on your sale page in the Promotions studio.

    1. Build the promotion. Set the headline, the discount and when it runs. It publishes to your sale page and applies at the register.
    2. Design your prize wheel. Choose the segments, prizes, odds and colors. Shoppers spin it at checkout and you control everything they can win.
    3. Reward your followers. Set a first-time follower discount and it applies automatically at the register — so the shopper who scanned a tag today is on your list for the next sale. Every follower joins your newsletter list, and the list is yours to keep.
    Sale Marketing Report

A marketing plan for the sale, written from your own inventory.

Ai reads the items you photographed and builds a step-by-step report: which pieces to lead with, what to say, and exactly which local groups, sites and hashtags to post to.

    Step 1 of 3

Open the report for a sale

It generates from the items already in the sale, with the city and the sale dates carried over. Regenerate it any time you add more photos.

Built from the items you already photographed — no forms to fill out.

    1. Open the report for a sale. It generates from the items already in the sale, with the city and the sale dates carried over. Regenerate it any time you add more photos.
    2. See what to lead with. The report picks the items most likely to pull a crowd and tells you why. One tap sends them to the Ai Social Studio with the posts already loaded.
    3. Work the posting checklist. Every place worth posting is grouped by website with the post already written in that site's style — local Facebook groups, collector groups, Nextdoor, Craigslist — plus hashtags for Instagram and Facebook. Tick each one off as you go. You can share the finished report with the homeowner so they see the marketing they're paying for.

    More that comes with it

Getting found, getting posted, and getting moved over.

Your listing, optimized for maximum visibility.

Every sale and item you publish is scored against the same checks Google uses — title, meta description, structured data, photo alt text, and local signals. You write what you have. We make sure people find it.
