Every week our Ai scans every active estate sale within driving distance of you, scoring items on rarity, collector demand, condition signals from photos, and recent eBay sold comps. The top picks float to this page so you don't have to scroll through hundreds of listings to find the standouts.

How often are the picks refreshed?

The list refreshes every Monday morning so it always reflects the sales running that weekend. If a sale ends mid-week, items from that sale drop off automatically and new picks take their place.

Are these prices verified?

We surface the seller's listed price exactly as they posted it. Where possible we cross-reference recent eBay sold listings so you can see at a glance whether something is priced under, at, or above current market value.

Can I see picks from a different city?

Picks are filtered to a 25-mile radius of your saved location. Tap the location chip in the header to change your zip code and the page will repopulate with picks near the new area.

Why don't I see any picks this week?

If no sales within 25 miles meet our quality bar this week, the page shows an empty state. Try expanding to a wider radius via the Browse page, or check back next Monday — new picks drop weekly.

Do I need an account to see the picks?

No. Anyone can browse the weekly picks for free. A free account unlocks personalized features like wishlist alerts, saved sales, route planning, and notifications when a new top pick lands near you.

Can I get notified when a new top pick is posted near me?

Yes. Create a free account and turn on weekly pick notifications — we'll email or push-notify you the moment a new top pick is published in your area.

How is this different from EstateSales.net or EstateSales.org?

Those sites list every sale in chronological order. We use Ai to surface the items most worth your time — based on rarity, collector value, and current eBay demand — instead of making you scroll through every sale ever listed.

Are the items reservable in advance?

Most estate sales are first-come, first-served on the day of the sale. Some sellers on our platform allow early offers — when they do, you'll see a 'Make an Offer' button on the item page.

How do I know if a pick is still available?

Items are pulled from active sales only. Once a sale ends, items from that sale are removed from the picks page. For the most up-to-date availability, message the seller directly through the platform.

Can I save a pick for later?

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any sale or item card to save it. Saved sales appear under My Account → Saved Sales and are easy to find when you're planning your weekend route.

Does this work for resellers and dealers?

Absolutely. Resellers and antique dealers love the picks page because it surfaces the items with the strongest profit margins first. Pair it with the Ai Photo Appraiser to validate any item's resale value in seconds.
