About this sale

This is our final sale at the [address hidden] location. We still have great beauty items and some leftover pieces we had from the items we had inside the home. The home items have been marked down to 70% off, and the beauty products, which are mostly brand new and still in the box, are 40% off. We have virgin raw 100% human hair extensions that can be re-used for 3 years. We have the hair products to maintain them, and we have cosmetics. Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash, Credit Cards with matching name on driver's license (note: No Refund) PLEASE NOTE- No eBay sellers, please. We are an estate company that's working for clients that insist on collecting the highest offers/bids possible. We also have an eBay store that we sell on; therefore, we are not selling items for pennies, not even on the last day of sale. Property Owners & Estate Sale Company is not liable for accident or injury. Please bring help to load any large purchase. Our staff will not be able to assist with moving large items in or out of the property. If movers are needed, we can recommend a few. All Sales are Final. All items are sold AS IS, however most are new and never used because the mother died while her business was still open. We welcome all resellers in the beauty or fashion industry who may want to resale the items or keep for themselves. Resellers must bring a copy (for us to keep) of their resale certificate.
