Transitional Care Movers is a family owned and operated Senior Move Management Company that serves individuals in Central Florida with moving from one home to another. We specialize in assisting older adults and their families when relocating to a new residence, assisted living community, a memory care or continuing care retirement community. We also work with Trustees, Personal Representatives, Realtors, Attorneys, and Financial Advisors to ensure a safe move or for the preparation of the sale of a residence. We will take photos of the household items located in the home and receive an appraisal of valuables and collections. In addition, we can help with home staging for the sale of the home and advertise to sell the contents of the home. In addition, we offer workshops on topics that deal with issues connected with moving.
