About this sale

The HOA is very strict so that they will not allow us to put up a sales sign even though the Realtor can. I can put a sign in the front window and sign on my mini van which will be parked in the driveway. They will allow us to put up the cones. Nonetheless, please be extra careful when parking. As usual we will be passing out numbers at 8:00 AM or even a little bit earlier. 90% of the furniture is Ethan Allen and is in good to excellent conditionNew small kitchen appliances and other items are in original boxes Quality cookwareTerra Catta matching jugsFine artBrass and glass tea cartMatching wood and leather barstoolsCrystalNinja mixerHeavy duty turkey fryer New 7-piece wine tool kitHerman Miller wind up wall clockLarge sectionalIncredible entertainment center at a bargain priceLeather reclinerStorage queen sized bedTwo three light bathroom lighting systemsLinens and beddingA six foot table is piled high with quality towelsPursesPerfect queen size mattress and box springHP new Office Jet Pro 8135e printerElectronics including a new in box Bluetooth Multi Media audio systemReplica antique radio, record player and CD playerTwo hyde covered bar stoolsNew in box Panasonic 6.0 Plus 5 phone hard wired systemBlack leather jacket and coatStereo systemHART 40 V battery operated 23” lawn mower perfect for small to medium sized lawnsMobility items with a 50% discount for veterans use.
